General Directorate About

 

The General Directorate is the administrative body of the Organization, headed by a Director-General elected by the General Assembly for a period of four years, renewable once. The role of the Director-General is to implement the recommendations and resolutions of the General Assembly and the Executive Council and to prepare the projects and activities of the Organization.

 

The General directorate of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization is composed of the Director General of the Organization as well as five experts: the Air Safety Expert, the Air Transport Expert, the Air Navigation Expert, the Aviation Security Expert and the Aviation Environment Expert.
