The Arab Civil Aviation Organization organized a specialized training course on “Air Transport Management” at the Organization’s headquarters in Rabat from 3 to 5 November 2025. The course was opened by Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Mostafa, Air Transport Expert at the Organization, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of strengthening skills and knowledge in the field of air transport management. Administrative and technical personnel from the Kingdom of Morocco took part in the course.​

The scientific material was delivered by Dr. Salman Ali Mohamed Al-Masri from Jordan. The course covered several important topics, including understanding individual differences in working styles and how to leverage them to develop work teams, applying modern principles of time management and operations, using creative techniques in team building, problem solving and decision-making, and focusing on modern motivation principles to achieve optimal results.​

This course comes as part of ongoing efforts to develop human resources working in the air transport sector and to enhance their ability to face challenges with high efficiency, thereby contributing to improved services and the development of the civil aviation sector in the member states.​
