The ACAO 52nd  Air navigation Committee Hybrid meeting ANC/52 has been held in rabat, Morocco, in the ACAO HQ the 14– 15 April 2025. Mr. Hicham Bennani Air Navigation Expert on behalf of H.E. Manar Abdennebi DG of the ACAO opened the meeting welcoming the participants.
The meeting was attended by 15 participants in person and online representative of 8 State members.

In addition to the review of the list of actions and decisions taken as result of the previous session, the meeting adopted a series of recommendations regarding mainly the ACAO capacity building activities, as seminars, Workshops, training courses as well as fellowships and scholarships provided under MOUs signed between ACAO and its partners. The meeting also provided information on the study of the transition from Geographic North to Magnetic North and its implications for global air navigation, as well as the potential safety risks related to radio altimeters emphasising the ICAO's strategy and general policy to safeguard civil aviation interests during the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC27) pursuant to ICAO Assembly Resolution A41_7.

Finaly the meeting was apprised by the outcomes of the ACAO/ICAO Radio Navigation WS held in Rabat the 24-26 Feb back-to-back with the GNSS SG/6 meeting.
