Cairo - Mr. Khaled Abdel Moneim Abdou, authority´s deputy chairperson of the Arab Republic of Egypt, opened the training course organized by the Arab Civil Aviation Organization and kindly hosted by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Arab Republic of Egypt on "Air Transport Organizations" from 15 to 19 March 2020. Mr Khaled Antar, the organization´s air transport expert, supervised the event while Dr. Essam Abdel Maaboud, Professor of International Law, delivered the lectures.

At the beginning of the session, the authority´s deputy chairperson welcomed the participants and wished them success. He also thanked ACAO for organizing the courses that mainly benefit air transport practitioners.

On his part, Mr. Khaled Antar, thanked the Civil Aviation Authority for its generous hosting. He also renewed congratulations on behalf of His Excellency Eng. Abdenbi Manar, Director General of the Organization to His Excellency Eng. Ashraf Nowir, Head of the Aviation Authority of the Arab Republic of Egypt, who was appointed weeks ago and succeed to Pilot Sameh Al-Hafni, former head of the Authority.

The course aims to initiate participants to the laws establishing and organizing air transport organizations. 
It is worth noting that within the coordination framework between the Arab Civil Aviation Organization and the civil aviation authority, an agreement was reached by both entities in order to organize four courses hosted by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Arab Republic of Egypt during the current year 2020.
