Tunisia - The Arab Civil Aviation Organization organized a course on "Air Transport Economics" from 10 to 14 February 2020, in Tunis, with the participation of 20 managers representing civil aviation authorities in Tunisia, Libya, Iraq, and Tunisair and Nouvelair airlines.

The training course was conducted by Mr. Mostafa Melhaoui, expert and consultant in finance and aviation, and was an opportunity for the participants to acquire information in air transport economy and finance, as well as techniques for assessing airlines, airports and airports contractors´ management. It also aimed to enable them to familiarize with the techniques used in air transport economy, including forecasting the number of travelers, income, Expenses, investments, in addition to providing them with the necessary tools to analyze airline and airport operations in order to improve planning.
