To attend the EU-Summit, please send your registration, including your name, family name, job title, name of your organisation and e-mail address.

Please note that the number of participants is limited by the capacity of the summit venue. The organisers therefore reserve the right to refuse registration. There is no registration fee for participating in the EU-Arab Aviation Summit.

Summit participants can benefit from special rates at the Phoenicia Hotel. Please see further details of this offer in the booking form. To benefit from the special rates, please return the registration form directly to the hotel (Stephanie.Kourieh@phoeniciabeirut.com). The special rates will be available for bookings effectuated before 4 February 2020. After this date, rooms and rates will be subject to availability.
