Agadir – A training course on "Emergency Management for Aviation Security designed for Air Navigation Services Providers" took place on Friday April 02, 2021 in Agadir. The course, benefited was organized by the Arab Civil Aviation Organization for the benefit of the managers of the Regional Air Navigation Control Center of the Office National des Aéroports of the Kingdom of Morocco from 29 March to 02 April 2021. 21 participants have benefitted from this course.
This session falls within the framework of the partnership, cooperation and training agreement between the Arab Civil Aviation Organization and the Office National des Aéroports of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The session reviewed the international requirements, obligations and provisions related to the assessment of security threats and risks related to ATM, as well as the basic elements of emergency management resulting from acts of unlawful interference during ATM operations, such as planning and specifying responsibilities and terms of reference for all those involved in an emergency situation.
This training course also reviewed the basic elements of an aviation security emergency plan for air navigation service providers.
