Graduated from Mohammedia School of Engineering at Rabat (1993), and the National School of Civil Aviation at Toulouse (1995). He Joined ONDA in 1995 as Head of Operations Department, then Head of Studies and Planning Department. In 2001 he was appointed director of Agadir airport, in 2006 director of Marrakech airport, and 2010 director of Casablanca airport. Since 2015 he has been appointed Head of the Safety, Security and Facilitation Department for all Moroccan airports. He is also a Moroccan and ICAO expert in safety, security and facilitation, and has participated in several national and international missions as an auditor and instructor. He is also a member of ACI Facilitation, Technology and Innovation Committee.
